| | | Dear Patients, Family and Friends~ Daylight Savings always flip-flops me...just as I was loving sunrise at 6 am, its dark until sunrise at 7 am! But the warm days are wonderful, aren't they?
We've just finalized a trip to South American and are so excited. We are blessed to have an amazing team of producers and friends there who take such good care of us and help us do our healing work and workshops on the other side of the world. This trip we will be in Argentina and Chile and have promised ourselves time to really see some sights. Sid's been going around the house singing "Don't cry for me Argentina" the past few days; and yes, he does sound like Madonna!
We've adjusted our schedules here to fit as many treatment hours as we can, and fun things like Laughter Yoga and Yoga and classes, before we leave and after we return. Its early Fall on the other side of the equator and beautiful, like a warm September here. We look forward to collecting pictures and stories to share.
Blessings, prosperity and love ~ Sid and Amber Wolf

Its not just an airy-fairy granola sheet; stories might be from NPR and Reuters (UK). There is actual news as well as human interest. One great example in today's pages is a story about Honda having to triple the production of INSIGHT, its Hybrid car; now that's good news to me! (of course I already drive a Honda ..smile..)My exploration of pages there always leaves me feeling better about the state of the world and 'my people' who are the optimists, and creative problem solvers! | | Whos'LWower cholesterol with a good breakfast! | Who's on first?
Most of the time it is difficult to put our own needs first, however it is necessary for our sense of well-being and happiness. When we have so many things that we are involved in, we are unable to focus on one thing, our lives become scattered, disorganized, and even fragmented. Even though learning to put ourselves first is difficult, in doing so we will be able to establish healthy boundaries for our lives and place our focus on what is most important for our own growth. If you are a 'caretaker' by committing to yourself today, you will discover what is essential for you to take care of others is to start by taking care of you. Nobody will do it but you (in case you haven't noticed) and there's no time like NOW to start! I began my program of regular self care with the mantra 'just do one thing today for me' and it worked and has become a habit. Since I'm a morning person, that's when I started my new regime. Sometimes its still dark out, but by the time I'm through and there's a beautiful sunrise happening, I FEEL SO GOOD and I'm excited about the day ahead of me. Since January I've added the ' Five Tibetans' to my morning exercises and wow, have I ever seen a difference in my 1. all over muscle strength, 2. my balance is better, 3. I'm even sleeping better (and it was good before, 4. I break a sweat every time, 5. they're quick! ( less than 20 minutes). If you'd like to know more about the Five Tibetan Energy Exercises for Rejuvenation and Healing, visit this page on our website : Five Tibetan Exercises I'll be teaching the Five Tibetans at Solar Yoga in Prospect, date to follow. Enjoy! |
